Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your embroidery artwork, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item must also be in its original state without any damage or alterations.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address or phone number provided below. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Please include your order number, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will respond to your return request within 2-3 business days.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Please package the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping if they were not properly packaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different piece, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired item.
If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead. Any price difference between the original item and the exchange item will be handled accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Please keep the original packaging and all materials received with the item, as these may be needed for the return process.
Custom Orders
Custom or commissioned artwork may have different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of order. Please review custom order terms carefully before finalizing your purchase.
